The cuff buttonholes are functional and can be opened.
The garment is in excellent general condition, with some minor defects: a partially broken button on the left sleeve, a small hole behind the right sleeve, and a slightly unstitched buttonhole (the buttonholes are however hidden and therefore invisible).
These are minimal and almost invisible defects, all shown in the photos.
