Shipping policy

Shipping to any destination in Italy is always free, regardless of the order amount. 

The shipping cost to any destination within the European Union is €14.90.

We offer two delivery options for Italy, both completely free:

1. Home delivery (residential or business address)

2. Delivery to an InPost pick-up point or locker

Shipping to an InPost locker offers not only great flexibility and convenience (most lockers are accessible 24/7), but also proven environmental benefits, as this logistics network avoids home deliveries. Take advantage of it!

If the buyer chooses delivery to an InPost pick-up point, they should proceed with checkout and payment as usual, using their home or billing address. Only after the payment, they will be able to select their preferred pick-up point from the interactive map.

We also ship regularly to all EU countries. For EU deliveries, the shipping cost is €14.90.
Pick-up point delivery is also available for EU orders (via UPS courier). If you choose this option, please contact us via email after placing your order to let us know your preferred pick-up location.

For any shipments outside the European Union, please contact us before placing your order so we can evaluate a personalized shipping solution.

We ship daily and quickly. Orders are generally processed within 2 working days from the date of purchase, using a tracked courier service. You will receive an email with a tracking link to follow the status of your shipment. If you do not receive the tracking email, please check your spam folder, as it might end up there.

For domestic (Italy) orders, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.
For EU orders, delivery can take between 2–7 working days.
If you need express delivery (typically within 24 hours from dispatch), you can select the Express Shipping option at checkout, which carries an additional cost.

Please note that once the parcel has left our premises and been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our responsibility. The courier company assumes full responsibility for the shipment at that point. We cannot be held liable for any issues (e.g., delays, misdeliveries, losses) occurring after the parcel has been shipped. Any such issues must be addressed directly with the courier.

At the time of delivery, the customer must check that the parcel is intact and undamaged.
If the parcel appears damaged, we recommend accepting it "with reservation" by writing next to your signature on the delivery slip:
“Accepted with reservation for damaged package”, specifying the issue if possible (e.g., torn box, wet package, tampered tape, etc.).
This allows you to be eligible for compensation from the courier in case the item inside is damaged.

If the package is visibly tampered with and/or seriously damaged, you should refuse the delivery and file a complaint with the courier.
Then, please email us to inform us of the incident. The package will be returned to the sender, who can then request compensation from the courier for the damage.
