Shipping
National shipping (shipping to any destination in Italy) is offered for free with orders above 150 €.
For smaller national orders and all EU orders, we can't unfortunately offer free shipping yet (but we' working on it!).
National shipping for orders below 150 € has a cost of €7.50 (home delivery), or €6.50 (delivery to an Inpost access point or locker).
If the buyer chooses the delivery to an Inpost collection point, he/she will have to check out normally by indicating his/her home or residence address, and then communicate the chosen Inpost collection point or locker to us by email (info@trebleandbassvintage.com), immediately after placing the order.
The map of Inpost collection points, present throughout Italy, is available on the courier's website (https://inpost.it/trova-un-locker).
The shipping cost to any destination in the European Union is instead €14.90.
Also for shipments to the European Union, delivery to a collection point (UPS courier) is available: if you choose this option, you will need to communicate the chosen access point to us by email, immediately after placing the order.
If you would like to purchase from outside the EU area, please contact us in advance and we will arrange a customized solution.
Your order will be shipped within 2 working days from the payment using a tracked courier service. You will then receive via e-mail a link to get access to the tracking data of your order: please also check the spam section of your email box, since the tracking message could in some cases end up there.
National orders are mostly delivered within 2 working days from the shipping; EU orders may take from 2 to 7 woriking days to be delivered.
In case you need an express shipping (usually delivered within 24 hours), this will have an extra cost: you can choose the Express option directly at checkout.
Please note that, once the package has left the Seller's address and been entrusted to the courier, it is no longer the responsibility of the Seller, but of the shipping company. The Seller will not be liable in any way for any problem that may occur with the package (e.g. delays, destination errors, any losses) once it has been entrusted to the courier. Any problem regarding the shipment must be reported directly to the shipping company.
In particular, upon delivery, the customer is required to check that the package is intact and not damaged.
If the package is not perfectly intact, we recommend collecting it "with reservation", that is, writing the following wording next to the signature on the transport document (waybill) presented by the courier: "I accept with right of reserve for damaged package" specifying if possible the type of damage (e.g. broken package, wet package, tampered adhesive tape, etc.). In this way, once the package has been opened and any damage has been found, it will be possible to be compensated by the courier for the damage suffered.
In the event that the package is tampered with and/or clearly damaged, the buyer must refuse delivery and file a complaint with the courier. They must then send an email to the Seller to inform him of the incident. In this case, the package will be returned to the sender, who may be compensated by the courier for the damage suffered.
